We are currently docked at Hewitt's Cove Marina, Higham, MA. Our scheduled departure date is September 10th. Steve is still trying to figure out where and how to install the Ham radio. He'll figure it out I'm sure. The dogs will be fostered for the duration of our travels. I hope they remember us when we get back.
We are just doing last minute preparations - cleaning and organizing. The house is just about ready for our tenants too. As soon as we're all organized we will be moving onto the boat and dropping off the dogs. We are committed now!
The rest of the teachers are starting back to school tomorrow for a two-day professional development training. I'm sorry I'll have to miss it :-). Sorry guys, you'll just have to sweat it out without me this year. (But don't get too used to me being gone. I will be back!)
